Ingredients | Open Recipe1 cup corn syrup1 teaspoon vanilla extract½ teaspoon ground nutmeg2 eggs, beaten4 packets granulated artificial sweetener½ cup butter3 tablespoons all-purpose flour1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie3 cups chopped applesDirectionsCook corn syrup, Sweet 'n' Low, butter, flour until the mixture coats a spoon. Add beaten eggs, mix well. Add vanilla and nutmeg.Put chopped apples into crust. Pour cooked mixture over apples.Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
